How Beko refrigerators are built

My Beko freezer has thick frost inside. Is it broken?
On a frost-free freezer, heavy frost usually means warm, humid air is getting in or the defrost system has stopped working. Check that the door closes fully and the gasket is not torn. If the seal looks good and frost keeps building on the back wall, a defrost heater, sensor or control is the likely cause. On a manual-defrost model, some frost is normal.
Is a Beko refrigerator worth repairing?
It depends on the failure, the age and how quickly the part can be had. A fan, gasket, sensor or defrost part is usually a sensible repair. A compressor or sealed-system failure on a mid-priced refrigerator often is not. We give you a written quote and our opinion, and you decide.
