Do give us the full street address with its direction, because King County and Snohomish County use different street grids, and a NE address and a SE address can look alike at a glance. ### The upright freezer in my garage keeps frosting up. What's going on? On a frost-free upright, heavy frost usually points to a defrost problem: a failed heater, thermostat or control. Frost concentrated near the door suggests a gasket that isn't sealing, often because the freezer isn't level on a sloped garage floor. Check that the door closes firmly on its own, then call us if the frost returns within days of clearing it. ### My ice maker's water line is leaking. Can you fix it? We handle everything on the refrigerator's side: the water inlet valve, the internal tubing and the connection at the back of the cabinet. If the leak turns out to come from the house supply, such as an old saddle valve or the shutoff in the wall, we'll show you where it is, and that part is a job for a plumber.
